ANNAKIKI RETURNS AND EXCHANGES PROCEDURE
What is your returns policy? How many days do I have to return my order?

Return and shipping policies : You can return any order to us within 14 days of receiving it.
We are so convinced you will absolutely love our products, ANNAKIKI (“We”, “us”, “ our”) accepts returns or exchanges of our products (“Products”) eligible to return (as defined in ANNAKIKI General Terms and Conditions of Sales) within 14 calendar days of receipt of the Products.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to orders for personalized Products for any other discounted item purchased during the sale period, that you were informed at the time of submitting your order that it could not be returned (in accordance with applicable law) (“Non-returnable Products”).
If you would like to receive a different Product, please return your item for a refund. Then place a new order online for the Product you would like.
We only allow exchanges on the same Product (same price) in a different size/color. If you would like to receive a different Product, please return your Product for a refund. In case of extra shipping cost occured you will be responsible to take care of them. If you decide to use a different delivery service, all costs will be at your expense and we will not be able to accept liability for lost or damaged returns.
What do I need to do if I would like to request a return?
Before requesting a return please make sure the products comply with the following conditions, in accordance with our Terms of Sale:
- Refunds will be made to the original purchaser, in the original method of payment.
- Item must be in perfect condition, unworn and returned in original shipping packaging and original branded box, with any related accessories, with original tags and labels attached along with all related accessories, documents (instructions booklets,seal sticker, labels, protective covers, leaflets or boxes).
- When returning a product, put the unused item(s) back in the original packaging, along with any accompanying accessories and documents (instructions, guarantees, certificates of authenticity) and the delivery slip. We advise you to take all necessary precautions to ensure that your product is protected.
- Any item not returned or returned incomplete, spoiled, broken, damaged, soiled, with the tag cutting off or in any other condition that would reasonably suggest that it has been used or worn, will not be refunded or exchanged. With regard to footwear, the sole must also be intact; for that reason, we strongly recommended trying shoes on a carpet or rug-type surface.
- The return must be requested within 14 days from delivery of the order
How can I return my order?
To return a Product, you must inform us of your intention to return or exchange a Product. The means and costs of returning your order are offered free of charge by ANNAKIKI, subject to a limit of one return per order.
To return items purchased online, to this effect simply you may:
- Inform us of your wish to make a return via your account on the Website Annakiki or at firstname.lastname@example.org, in which case ANNAKIKI acknowledge receipt of your cancellation by email;
- Fill out the Return Form, that you can find on your package. If you have lost the label, please contact our Client Service for assistance at +39 02 41406565 or send an email to email@example.com
For an exchange, please enter the new size or colour in the space provided.
Refunds will be made via the same method of payment used for the purchase and within 14 days of receiving the product(s), subject to your return being accepted.
- You will receive an email confirming your return or exchange request.
- Wrap the Products you wish to return or exchange safely to avoid damage; place them in their original package, and then inside the shipping box in which you received your order;
- Attach the return prepaid shipping label included in the shipping box to the outside of the box, on top of the original label, and seal the box securely;
- Return your Item(s) to a DHL drop-off point directly (DHL – Global Service Point Locator) using the prepaid return label included in the parcel or Contact DHL (199 199 345) to arrange the pick-up of your package wherever you wish.
Before requesting a return please make sure the products comply with our return conditions.
How long does it take for my refund to be issued?
Once we have received your unused item, and subject to inspection by our Quality Service Department, they will examine the product and make sure it is in perfect condition, unworn and returned in original shipping packaging and original branded box. After that we will proceed with the return. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to be processed after the cancellation of the order.
The refund will be issued as soon as possible after the return has been accepted, directly to the card or PayPal account used for the original purchase, and in the same currency.
You should see the credit approximately within one week from our refund confirmation email. Exact timing will depend on banking procedures.
Do I have to pay to return my order?
There are no return costs. We offer free returns.
Can I return a personalised item?
We do not offer exchanges and returns for personalised items.
What do I need to do if my Product is damaged or of it is not the product i ordered?
If one of your products is damaged or the items delivered do not correspond to your order, please contact our Client Service Center. We will find the perfect solution for you.
Can I exchange or return an item gifted to me by someone else?
Gift items purchased on Annakiki.com may be returned. However, refunds may only be issued to the same credit card used for original payment.
